Whitepaper draft published
The project whitepaper is out as a draft. The core claim: preserving a born-digital work means not archiving its files but keeping a living system able to run it. A folder of files is not a running work; the conditions under which it becomes art — the right system, the right plugin, the right server answering on the other end — do not survive in the archive with it. The draft is shared early and deliberately unfinished, to invite collaboration rather than present a product.
