The exhibition closes; the numbers
Choose Your Filter! closes after 6.5 months of unattended daily operation. The numbers: one Windows XP virtual-machine lineage — originally built for a single work — ended up carrying eight; a Puppeteer kiosk framework built for one browser-extension work carried nine more; five external-API breaks were fixed mid-run, each fix automatically healing the other works that shared the dependency. One work, running on original SGI hardware, was kept alive by daily human checks — a limit worth being honest about.
